SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Your items will be shipped within 5-10 business days after we receive your order as they are made to order and unique to each customer.

Orders can be shipped to only one address.  To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

We ship worldwide via our registered logistics networks.

Gift Card orders  that do not include merchandise are shipped 1st Class via the United States Postal Service.

Our office and warehouse are closed on weekends and the following holidays:

New Year’s Day (January 1)
Martin Luther King Jr Day (third Monday in January)
Good Friday (Friday before Easter)
Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4)
Labor Day (first Monday in September)
Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
Christmas Day (December 25)

When New Year’s Day and Christmas Day fall on Sunday, they will be observed on the following Monday. When any of these holidays falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the previous Friday. In a year when Christmas Day is on Tuesday or Thursday, the office will also be closed Monday or Friday, respectively.

FREE SHIPPING

From time to time, maxcartdeals offers free shipping on select items. When free shipping is available for an order, Economy (see below) is the method of shipment. Note some items are not eligible for Free Shipping promotions.

ECONOMY

Our value shipping option. Orders are typically shipped from our warehouse using USPS First Class or UPS SurePost. In both methods, packages are delivered by your local US Post Office carrier during their operating times. Order typically arrive in several days, but can take up to two weeks (four weeks for Alaska and Hawaii). Please note Economy orders are not insured.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

USA,UK,AU,CA:  15-20 business days (20-25 days from order date)

ALL EUROPE :  15-20 business days (25-35 days from order date)

REST OF THE WORLD :  17 -25 business days (30-50 days from order date)

 

PROCESSING

Most items will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering (weekends and holidays not included).
You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.
If you would like to cancel a backordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

SHIPPING STATUS

You can simply log into your account and click “My Orders” to view your order status.
Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive on time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.
